If you have changed your mind about your purchase, or if you’re dissatisfied with a product. Simply, return the product to us within a month of purchase (in good condition) and we will offer a full refund of the price of the product.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us at Ee-m-ba and we are committed to treating your personal data (e.g. your name, telephone number, e-mail address, billing and delivery address, debit and credit card details) with total respect and confidentiality and in line with GDPR requirements.
Shipping and Delivery
Domestic deliveries (UK) and EU deliveries will be at most within a 2 week window. If this is not possible due to circumstances outside our control, we will be in contact as soon as possible to confirm when you can expect your delivery.
At times orders come directly from our African Artisans and are shipped by them, which takes longer. International orders (USA only) will also take a bit longer, approximately within 1 month.
